This company rescued us when my insurance did not want to pay for our roof. So what originally happend was i called my insurance directly and they sent their adjusters over to inspect my roof a day later they said they would not cover any of the damages. I was shocked because I've been paying this insurance for 8 years and never made a claim. I got in contact with JBR explained my dilemma and they said they will handle it for me. That they did! The kept a line of communication open with me as well as the insurance company did a new inspection and got me approved for a new roof! They did a great job on my roof! Im happy with their service and professionalism. Ask for laura or Marcos they are the best!

JBR went above and beyond my expectations with repairing my roof. Initially, my insurance company only wanted to repair a very small portion of my roof, but Jeferson told my husband and I not to worry that our roof would be fix the correct way. When Jeferson and his team gather all the information and presented it to the insurance company my entire roof was covered and the damage on the inside of my home that was caused by the storm. I want to thank Jeferson and the entire JBR Company for a fantastic job!
